非特殊情況不接受換貨及退款：
本店販賣之商品屬於二手商品，雖外觀上多少存有瑕疵，但不妨害消費者正常使用。消費者在購買前應詳細閱讀該商品之說明，且本店販售之二手商品均屬個人衛生用品，故不適用消費者保護法第十九條規定之猶豫期，因本店商品有上開之特殊性及免責性，請消費者於下單前確認商品樣式是否正確、商品既存之瑕疵是否能接受等情事，本店貨品一出，恕不接受退換貨之服務，敬請見諒。

Unacceptable for returns and refund:
Item(s) that Classic Trend (hereinafter referred to as CT) sold are preowned item(s). There are possibilities that the item(s) might have undisclosed damage or usage but the items are still usable and wearable. The customers should read through our policy and the description of the item(s) thoroughly before the purchase is made. Moreover, the preowned item(s) are defined as personal clothing which is not applicable for Consumer Protection Act, Article-13. Because of the special definition and the immunity of the law of the item(s) that CT sold, customers should ensure whether they accept their orders, the details of every item and the imperfection that might exist on each item. Once the item(s) are shipped, customers should understand that CT does not accept returns or refund by any means. Your support is our biggest motivation to improve. We uphold the best service for the customers.
特殊情況，可接受換貨服務：
- 寄錯時：可能在訂單量及出貨量較大時發生寄錯的狀況。如過到此狀況，請接受我們誠摯地道歉，來回運費將全部由本公司負責。（自行寄回之運費補貼，上限為100元）
- 衣服標籤尺寸與文章不符：因上架商品種類多，故本店後台人員可能在文章內容打錯實際衣服標籤尺寸，而造成誤會。
以上狀況本公司可接受換貨服務：所有商品請保持完整包裝寄回，完整包裝應含條碼貼紙、防盜扣、出貨單、包裝袋、吊牌、附屬配件。
尺寸2-4cm誤差、螢幕色差、稍微位移等，因電腦解析度及螢幕等問題會有色差差異，以收到的商品實品為準，都是屬於可接受範圍，下單前請先詳細閱讀購物須知，謝謝您。
Acceptable for returns and exchange:
- CT sent the incorrect orders: There might be possibilities that CT sent the wrong orders due to the large amount of clothing. If CT did not manage to fulfill your orders, please accept our sincere apologies. We will be responsible for the shipping. (The upper limit of the shipping compensation will be 100 NTD)
- Incorrect sizing: Due to the large amount of clothing, there might be possibilities that we put the incorrect tagged sizes in the description.
We accept returns and refund under the circumstances that mentioned above. Items are applicable for returns if they meet the criteria that mentioned below:
- The merchandise remained unused.
- The tags remained attached to the merchandise.
- The receipt(s), the packaging, the accessories that pairs with the merchandise(s)(dust bags, shoe box etc.) should be sent back to CT along with the merchandise(s).
Please note:
Human error on the measurements, chromatic aberration, manufacturing defects are inapplicable for returns and refund.
可接受退貨服務：
- 商品若有真假疑慮，本公司將會全額退款商品販售之金額及運費，商品防盜扣需完整未拆除，包裝完整應含條碼貼紙、防盜扣、出貨單、包裝袋、吊牌、附屬配件。
Acceptable for returns and refund:
- Authentication issues: CT never sells items with authentication issues intentionally. We will accept full refund and compensate the shipment cost.
Items are applicable for returns if they meet the criteria that mentioned below:
- The merchandise remained unused.
- The tags remained attached to the merchandise.
- The receipt(s), the packaging, the accessories that pairs with the merchandise(s)(dust bags, shoe box etc.) should be sent back to CT along with the merchandise(s).
以下情況恕不接受申請：
- 收到商品後超過7天通知客服人員。
- 商品配件不全或密封之包裝已拆，防盜扣已拆。
- 於ClassicTrend官方網站購買的商品無法於實體店鋪辦理退換貨；在實體店鋪購買的商品亦不可在官方網站退換貨。
- 需在三個月內通知客服人員您想換貨的商品，超過三個月後恕不在接受換貨，並會結束所有交易。
Unacceptable for returns and refund:
- The items had arrived to the customers for over seven days.
- Missing receipts, packaging, accessories or tags
- Detached tags
